Something we practice in our own company and encourage all of our customers to do is having a Butterfly meeting with the entire team after each pulse closes. Each manager pulls up their dashboard in front of their team and publicly reviews the positives and negatives for that time period.
You can use the trends and scores as a way to start an honest, in-person discussion about different ways your work can be improved. This shows your team you take their feedback seriously (which will boost your response rates), and allows in-person discussions about sensitive subjects that employees might not have otherwise brought up.
Butterfly meetings are also a great way to celebrate a happy team!
