You'll find the heat map at the very bottom of your dashboard, after clicking on "More info".
The Heat Map divides the answers given to the survey about our 5 drivers, according to moods.
This allows you to dig even deeper into your survey data, pinpointing the drivers that are doing well, or that need to be improved, across a single mood profile.
In this particular Heat Map, a manager could notice that across the 8 "very unhappy" people, the driver "Team's Work" is still faring reasonably well.
The "Management" driver, however, only got an average score of 1.3 and 0.8 amongst the two categories of unhappiest employees.
How to use the Heat Map?
The information the Heat Map reveals can be used for your targeted feedback requests, for example.
In the example above, a manager could ask their team a question about how to improve the "Team's Work". The HeatMap suggests that the question should be targeted towards the "least happy" people, as well as the "happy" and "very happy" people.
