1. Initial survey
- Your teams will receive the Feedback request* via email or Slack.
- All they have to do is click on the reply button to respond to the survey.
2. Survey response webpage
- Users are prompted to answer the Feedback request and leave comments for each question.
- You can create up to 5 questions, and your user will have up to 4 possible ways of answering: Moods, Thumbs up/down, Rating out of 10 stars, or free text.
- An additional comment can be left at the end of the survey, to share some extra feedback.
*Answers always remain anonymous to all, from users to managers, as well as administrators
